To say the least, the Family Plan will eventually become more competitive than the Music Unlimited plan. Why? It is all a matter of cost. The Family Plan has a flat monthly pricing whether or not one has the Amazon Prime membership. The Amazon Music Unlimited’s plans for individuals costs $7.99 per month for Prime customers against $9.99 per month for non-Prime members.  However, what seems like a cheap price for the Family Plan may not necessarily help Amazon in boosting its Prime subscriptions.

But there is something better to look out for from Amazon

While we may all want to focus on the pricing, it would be a worthy cause to look out for what else Amazon is likely to be offering. It has a voice assistant, Alexa, which performs common actions the likes of playing songs from a particular artist, thus, making music streaming a different encounter.
